Our audit services are broadly categorised into two areas, that is, external audit and internal audit.

External Audit

External audit refers to the examination of the financial statements prepared by our clients so as to facilitate the issuing of an audit opinion. An audit opinion reports on whether the financial statements reflects a true and fair view of the operations of an organization and whether the financial statements have been prepared in conformance with a specific accounting framework.

Our audits are carried out in accordance with the requirements of International Standards on Auditing and utilize a risk based approach to ensure that we focus our efforts to the prevailing and emerging risks.

Internal Audit

An internal audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization’s operations. Internal audit helps organizations to accomplish their objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of the governance, risk management and control processes.
